Return Policy

Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order if you need to return your purchase for any reason. I do realize that life happens, and situations can change in an instant, so with that in mind I have decided to offer a "case by case basis" return policy. It's more flexible than a "no returns at all" policy, which only hurts the customer. I want you to be completely happy with your Beaded Confection and I will work with you to make sure that you are.

If it's decided that the item will be returned the buyer will be responsible for:

• return within 7 days after the return agreement is decided
• return postage is the responsibility of the buyer 
• tracking number sent to me
• items must be returned in their original condition and in original packing
• refunds will be issued after the the return is received and in the method it was purchased
